John and Jeff wait to go on stage

This week in our Monday morning gathering Maria lit the first candle on our Advent wreath. After that we took out all of our fall song sheets and then we sang two songs. Then we talked about what we liked about our fairy tale, “The Shoes That Were Danced to Pieces”.
In the afternoon, one group went for a walk and another group stayed at Circle Hall and we started to practice for the Christmas pageant.
This week in our Thursday morning college John spoke to us about crystals. We learned that crystals come from the earth and that crystals are in geometric shapes. After that Ruth T. told us about gnomes. She told us gnomes are invisible beings who help us in the garden and in everyday life. After that David read to us a story and poem from the “Little Folk’s Winter Tale” by Carlo Pietzner.
After a short break, we gathered into circle Hall and drew pictures of gnomes and crystals. We also made crystals out of clay. Then we did eurythmy to the elements.
On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon, we broke into our eurythmy, painting, reading, writing, art studio, walking and Paradise play groups.
