On Monday afternoon we had a summer forum meeting. During the meeting we spoke about the workshops that everybody will be in during the summer months. We also spoke about our special weeks such as Hawaiian week and Music week.
Thursday morning, we had a surprise visit from our former companion Charlotte.
In the afternoon we had a good bye party for our coworker Vitor.
Summer Forum 2016

. During our party we sang our songs from June until August. Also everyone stood up and gave a thank you speech to Vitor. Then we celebrated with a Hummingbird cake that was made by the cooking group in the morning.

On Saturday morning Lorna’s Bell Choir played two bell pieces at Gertrude and Eric’s 50th wedding anniversary. The two pieces that we played were ‘Largo’ and ‘My Peace I give to You.’ Refreshments were served after the ceremony.
