After that Gundula and Scott talked about last week’s weather and John and Mary talked to us about the stars. In the afternoon we practiced our fairy tale.
In our Thursday morning College, Megan, Karen, and Steven H. asked everybody, “Where can you find vortexes? Some answered lakes, streams, and rivers. After that we sat in a circle to play different musical instruments in order to hear how a vortex sounds. Then we moved around like a tornado being all crushed together. After a short break, we practiced our bell playing.
On Wednesday and Thursday afternoon, we broke into our eurythmy, painting, reading, writing and cooking groups. On Friday morning a group of companions and co-workers made sandwiches and took them to Oppenheimer Park. In the afternoon, the Waldorf grade eight students came to Circle Hall to practice the fairy tale.
On Saturday afternoon, our family and friends came to Cascadia to carve pumpkins. Karen played her accordion and everybody sang the Mary Poppins songs.
